CLEVELAND – Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael C. O’Malley announced that 67-year-old Billy Flynn was sentenced to life in prison without the eligibility of parole for sexually assaulting four minor female children from approximately 2002 to 2012.

From approximately 2002 to 2012, Billy Flynn sexually assaulted four minor female children that were connected to members of Flynn’s family. At the times the sexual assaults were occurring, the victims ranged in age from 4 years old to 12 years old.
The case was investigated by the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office’s G.O.L.D. Unit. The investigation revealed Flynn had assaulted in total four minor female victims and the assaults occurred over the course of ten years.
On August 5, 2025, Billy Flynn was found guilty by Judge Lauren Moore on the following charges:
- Three counts of Rape
- Nine counts of Gross Sexual Imposition
In addition, Judge Lauren Moore found Billy Flynn guilty of the Sexually Violent Predator Specification and was sentenced to life in prison without the eligibility of parole.
