CLEVELAND – Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael C. O’Malley announced that a Cuyahoga County grand jury returned an indictment charging two Cleveland men, 21-year-old Savone Robinson and 19-year-old Erick Sharp, for their involvement in the September 7, 2025, shooting in the Flats in Downtown Cleveland after the Cleveland Brown’s home opener. A 17-year-old male was previously charged in Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court.

“What should have been a day of excitement and celebration turned into a scene of fear and chaos. Firing multiple rounds into a crowd of hundreds shows a complete disregard for human life. It’s a miracle no one was killed.”
– Prosecutor Michael C. O’Malley
