CLEVELAND – The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office announced that a Cuyahoga County grand jury has returned an indictment charging Brook Park restaurant owner Adam Radogna, 37, for possessing dozens of images containing child sexual abuse material.

“Arresting creeps like Adam Radogna demonstrates why law enforcement has to be proactive in finding these predators.”

– Prosecutor Michael C. O’Malley

As a result of a joint federal and state investigation on a file-sharing network, Adam Radogna’s residence was identified as a location for potential child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

On October 22, 2026, a search warrant was executed by the Ohio ICAC Task Force at his residence near West 130th Street and Brook Haven Boulevard in Brook Park. The search warrant and investigation revealed multiple CSAM files located on Radogna’s devices. He was subsequently arrested without incident. Adam Radogna is the owner of Adamo’s Italian Restaurant in Brook Park.

The investigation remains ongoing.

On October 28, 2026, Adam Radagno was indicted on the following charges:

  • Two counts of Illegal Use of a Minor or Impaired Person in Nudity-Oriented Material or Performance
  • Seven counts of Pandering Sexually-Oriented Matter Involving a Minor or Impaired Person
  • One count of Possessing Criminal Tools

He will be arraigned at the Cuyahoga County Justice Center at a later date.
